Customers with Over 6 Months:
a. Customers who have been using our store for more than 6 months are not eligible for replacement services in the event of interruptions caused by factors stated in point 1.
b. This policy is in place because, after 6 months of uninterrupted service, it is reasonable to expect that you have experienced the reliability and quality of our store.

Limited Liability:

We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages arising from interruptions, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or inconvenience caused by the unavailability of our services.
